Anniversary Gift
*One Anniversary Gift per person. All requests MUST be submitted on your Anniversary date or within 30 days following your Anniversary date.
You must complete the Anniversary Gift Form that is found on the Home Page of the ADP site or can be given to you by your Manager/Supervisor if you do not have access to this site. This needs to be turned into the Corporate Support Department via Fax: 717-932-4448 or emailed to Nicole Gignac and Lori Cowey.
Once your form is processed, you will receive an approval email from Corporate Support that you will be able to access the site and order your Anniversary Gift.
Follow the instruction in your approval email.
